CTI certification is defined as the certification that the actual output of the cooling tower is 100% consistent with the nominal output.

       For nearly two decades, cooling tower owners, operators, design engineers and installation contractors have relied on CTI certification. This is a certification of the thermal performance of cooling towers according to the CTI (Cooling Technology Institute) standard STD-201. It provides an independent guarantee before the certified equipment is shipped and installed.
