In the afternoon of September 9, 2017, the national standard test of Zhouling's full magnesium-plated aluminum-zinc steel plate cooling tower passed the inspection successfully, and all required standards!

On the morning of September 11, 2017, Zhouling's magnesium-aluminum-zinc plated steel plate cooling tower successfully passed CTI certification. The senior test engineer of the American Cooling Tower Association announced that: Zhouling's magnesium-plated aluminum-zinc steel plate cooling tower passed CTI inspection and certification with 113.59% thermal performance.

Zhouling Magnesium-plated aluminum-zinc steel plate cooling tower is our own design cooling tower, which has the following advantages:

1. Tower body: Adopt South Korea imported magnesium-plated aluminum-zinc steel plate.

2. Packing: 5.5 ° inclined leaflet is used to hang the packing in the end.

    1) Traditional fillers have no slope, and there are 2 or more layers of single-sided air inlet fillers;

             2) Adopting 5.5 ° inclined integral packing, the air inlet surface single sheet packing can effectively increase the water spraying area, extend the water-gas exchange time, and greatly reduce the amount of flying water from the cooling tower.

3. The sprinkler basin also uses South Korea's imported magnesium-plated aluminum-zinc steel plate material. CNC lathes are used to ensure the hole size is consistent and uniform.

      4. Sealing device with column:

        1) Block the gap between the filler and the surrounding board to avoid air leakage and affect the heat dissipation performance of the entire tower;

        2) Avoid uneven installation of the packing, which will affect the appearance;
