The cooling tower should be installed in a well-ventilated place. Avoid installing in dusty places. Many customers used to install the tower in a dusty place. In the long run, thick dust has condensed on the tower's packing. The cleaning cycle is short and difficult. The most important thing is that it seriously affects the cooling effect of the spray water and affects the whole. Cooling of equipment.


The height of the tower also has a great impact on the entire system. Generally speaking, the installation height of the cooling tower is generally equal to or higher than the height of the equipment installation location, which is beneficial to the water circulation of the pump and the entire system. If the installation position of the tower is lower than the installation height of the equipment, in order to prevent the cooling medium from returning from the pipeline to the water tank during the shutdown to cause the water tank to overflow, consider placing the water tank on a high level or adding a solenoid valve to avoid the cooling medium from flowing back.
